~ First ever Indian firm to successfully tie up with the major operators of the UK govt.'s Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS), which had been running for nearly 60 years. For the first time ever, we guided young people from India to successfully take part in this unique work program, wherein people from all over the world go to the UK and work on British farms. The first ever batch of Indians left for the UK in summer of 2003 - every single application was approved and issued visa! We repeated this for the next 2 seasons as well. This was a tremendous exercise and the sheer logistics of co ordinating hundreds of applications, interviews, work permits, flight bookings from India and, at the other end - seeing off the candidates to individual farms from Victoria Coach station in central London - all handled by us end to end!
~ We are the first ones to promote the Working Holiday route to working in the UK from the state of Gujarat in an organised manner. This too has been one of our most successful categories. As the candidates later tell us, two years of working in the UK have changed the entire course of their lives!
~ Appeals against visa refusals - We have enjoyed a nearly 100% success rate for helping file appeals against refusal of visas by the British Deputy High Commission. We have successfully handled hundreds of appeals, including cases at the Tribunal Level in English courts. These are second level appeals where the original appeal has been heard but dismissed by the authorities. This calls for an indepth knowledge and competence on our part and we have put in significant amount of work as well as research - simply so that you get the benefit of the best advice. Our team gives EACH case personalised attention - hence leading to the best chance of success!
~ Actively promote vocational education - the best that developed countries like the UK and USA have to offer often lies in their vocational training rather than theoretical studies. We thus advise most of our clients to go in where ever possible for such studies, which have ready acceptance the world over and are 'job/career oriented'. These qualifications are recognised by Industry the world over. Examples are in the Engineering and Retail industries - most of these courses involve 'on the job' training.
